Mod? I WANT TO BE A MOD!!!

Hmm so I can tell that people want to be mods.
How do you get this position?
EARN IT!
I chose my first two mods because they were supportive of this site and they will put their time and effort into making it better by the day.
But as I see fit, we are only a small group at this point so three mods is more than enough.
However, if there are ever too many things for the three of us to handle, a mod selection will be made OR if we feel that someone has the potential and we have a fair amount of things to handle, they will be made a mod.
Please respect this rule, as it is now for the best of the forums.
I wish everyone could be a mod but then again we'd all have these privileges and someone might abuse them yes?
